With the perfect sunset the evening before Human Rights Day, we hosted a Wine and Olive Oil Tasting with Grape-Skin Wine Club. Not only did Pieter Kruger, wine and olive producer, teach us how these 2 very different fruits are harvested, but matured and blended to make the perfect consumable products.
