A complex nose, with a mixture of roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate which is complemented by vibrant red fruits. This wine has an elegant structure and is lighter in style than the other 2 premium wines. Excellently balanced. Drink now or cellar for 4 to 6 years.

IN the Cellar
The berries ripened in different stages during the time of harvest. The cultivars fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. After gentle-pressing and malolactic fermentation the blend was matured for 16 months in 225l barrels. 60% 2nd fill French oak and 40% 3rd fill.
